The 2006/07 home and away strips were carried over into this season. A simple and understated template was used for both the home and away kits. Featuring a modified 'interrupted' round collar style, the red home kit came with white trim matching the accompanying shorts. The yellow away kit had green collar and cuffs was to be worn with blue shorts and, in a change from the previous season, yellow socks. A sky blue and maroon third kit, a familiar away colour combination last seen in 1989, was also introduced. Unlike the home and away shirts, this jersey had a round collar. Squad numbers continued to feature on the front of their shirts. Blue Square sleeve patches were now worn following the league's sponsorship deal with the betting company.

- Ardent Finance sponsored the rear of the shirts for the second and final season of their agreement.
